2. Method of Return

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or damaged. In cases of defective or damaged products, all return shipping costs will be covered by us.

3. Processing Returns

  • Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, we will process your request for a refund or exchange within 5-10 business days.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment used at purchase.

  • Products that do not exhibit defects or damage.
